Salary: Up to ₹5,40,000/- per annum
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred: Candidates with a valid two-wheeler & driving licence
📋 Job Responsibilities
Visit dealers, retailers, contractors and painters in the assigned area.
Promote and introduce Maxx Paints products.
Develop new customers and market opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
Increase sales and market presence.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Collect market feedback and share it with the company.
🎯 Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales and marketing
Willingness to work in the field
Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
Ability to build customer relationships
Target-oriented approach
👤 Who Can Apply?
Freshers with the right attitude and candidates with sales/marketing experience can apply. Experience in paints, construction materials, hardware or related industries will be an advantage.
